ATARID.com, Specialist Recruiter to the Property Management Industry is working with a national corporation to provide candidates for the position of District Manager within Community Association Management.

Responsibilities:
• Overseeing, managing, training and mentoring Community Association Managers; conducting reviews of association financials and documents; overseeing deadlines and implementing association rules and any annual changes; dealing with budgets, year end financials and approvals; insurance applications, policies and approvals.
• Excellent communication skills including writing professional business correspondence and presentations.
• Task orientated leader who has excellent attention to detail and who has proven experienced managing a team of Property Managers.
• Confident, assertive individual with 5+ years experience supervising multiple sites and Managers either within multi family or association management.
• Accreditations: CMCA, AMS or PCAM preferred.
• Salary: $65,000-$75,000 Benefits include vacation, holidays, personal days, healthcare and 401k.
