ATARID.com, Specialist Recruiter to the Property Management Industry has been retained by a National Corporation to provide candidates for the position of:

Vice President - Residential Property Management Division.

Responsibilities include:
Oversee, manage, train and mentor Senior Managers; review association financials and documents for accounts; oversee deadlines and implementation of Association Rules and any annual changes; Budgets and Year End Financials and approvals; Taxes; Insurance applications, policies and approvals.

Skills: In possession of excellent communication skills including writing professional business correspondence and presentations; attention to detail; ability to present and build business.
Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Work and Outlook;

Essential: 5+ years managing senior personnel within residential, association or multi family management at VP/Regional Manager.

Salary: $85,000-$95,000 Negotiable with a full benefits package.

Will consider candidates willing to relocate.
