Title: Real Estate Agent
Hire Date: ASAP
Hire Dates: Full Time
Work Days: Monday- Saturday
Pay Range: $4,000- $6.500 per month (based on commission)

Thomas Funding Group a growing real estate company, seeks dedicated real estate professionals. Qualities applicant must have 1) motivated and organized 2) excellent independent management and decision making ability, 3) have the ability to successfully work with people and 4) understand NYC real estate nuances..

-Need Experience and Licensed Agents, especially sales persons - Start at 60% split - Newly Licensed start at 50% split.
-Must be willing to work leads, learn the industry and learn to close deals.
-Must have a phone with e-mail access

Education/ Requirements
The applicant should have New York Real Estate Sales Persons license (or) have passed both the school and state exams. All applicants must be computer literate with PC, Microsoft Office and general internet use.
