Regional Manager (All hiring fees paid by the hiring Corporation)

• 5+ years experience as Area Manager or will consider Senior Property Manager who has the skills and ability to supervise LCAMs within an association management Corporation.
• Oversee the day to day operations of the region; deal with any issues, Board of Director or Resident issues.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to conduct business development.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Outlook.
• LCAM essential; 4 Year Degree preferred.

Salary: $65,000-$70,000 Negotiable plus benefits
