• Vice President, Central Texas
• Vice President, Nevada
• Executive Vice President, NY
• Area Manager, South Texas
• Area Manager, San Francisco Bay, CA

Responsibilities and duties include:
• To work closely with senior leaders to ensure provision of customer service excellence to associations and residents. Administer standard operating procedures while planning, directing and monitoring performance of staff within region/area.
• Involvement in hiring, terminating, promoting, mentoring, training, leading, advocating and developing personnel to reach maximum performance levels
• Achieve and exceed overall financial, fiscal, management and business development and customer satisfaction goals.
• Conducting presentations to large groups of people to build/grow business.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients to retain business.

Experience & Qualifications:
• Vice President - 5+ years supervisory/management of multiple locations, Regional Managers and administrative personnel within association management or fee managed properties within multi Family Corporation.
• Area Manager - 3+ years experience supervising/managing multiple sites and Managers within association management; will consider Area Managers with a multi family background.
• Will consider candidates who wish to relocate for the regional Vice President positions.
• Accreditations: CMCA, AMS or PCAM preferred.

Education: Bachelors Degree Preferred.

Salary: Negotiable commensurate with experience plus benefits package.
