Established Company Opening Dallas Office Specific experience implementing Property Management Software required. The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for delivering pre and post sale service to Property Manager customers and prospects. The Client Relationship Manager is the first point of contact for customer training, data conversion, setup/configuration, and problem solving. The Client Relationship Manager role is the conduit between customers and the rest of the team, as such the Client Relationship Manager must be a great team player/team builder and communicator. Duties and Responsibility - Manage Implementation and Deployment of Property Manager software - Development of customer relationships and manage assigned accounts to result in continued revenue generation and ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain consistent and effective pro-active communication with account base. Ensure prompt customer issue resolution striving for maximum customer satisfaction - Meet and/or exceed quarterly objectives: Retain existing customers while increasing usage level in account base. This is achieved through continued education, entrenchment, and penetration of various contact levels of customer organization - Manage daily account communication regarding status of all activity. Primary client contact for non-technical or escalated support needs - Work closely with sales executive as part of the Account Team that supports and manages customers" maintain proactive and consistent communication with sales - Assist in the development of process and procedures to better streamline implementation, and improving the approach in managing customers. Knowledge and Skills - Successful strategic customer account management and development within the service industry - Property Management and Accounting Knowledge - Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing dynamic environment, willingness to be an active participant in a team environment and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects. - Must possess the ability to manage day to day work with minimal supervision - Outstanding customer relationship skills - ability to penetrate accounts and build relationships - Proven ability to effectively present and communicate to all levels of an organization - Effectively manage both change and communications management during the lifecycle of a client relationship from implementation to ongoing delivery - Excellent oral and written communication skills, proficient presentation skills and strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills. - No relocation for this position " local candidates only please!
