Prime Retail LLP, an industry leader in shopping center redevelopment and operator of approximately 40 outlet and full priced malls from coast to coast, seeks a shopping center Marketing Manager in historic Williamsburg, Va. Similar positions are also offered in Lebanon, TN (1/2 hour from Nashville); Martinsburg, West Virginia and Macon, Ga.

We seek a hands-on shopping center marketing professional to oversee the national branding and also direct regional marketing plans in support of the mall?s marketing objectives.

This involves satisfying our retail tenants and drawing customers to shop in a fun and bargain oriented outlet center environment offering dynamic special events, encouraging promotions and sponsored programs. You must also be metrics oriented, as you measure the results of all mall marketing efforts.

You will be the center of attention in your business and tourism communities, as you take pride in making your center a #1 destination for area shoppers and area visitors.

Requirements
We seek marketing or public relations degree holders with 2-4 years of shopping center or travel destination tourism management experience, along with strong communication, creativity, PC and teamwork skills. Again, retail and tourism background a is a great plus!

Flexibility for evening/ weekend hours required.
