Community Association Manager

Job Summary: The Licensed Community Association Manager will manage a portfolio of homeowner and condominium associations; attend Board of Director meetings as required and effectively manage the communities as defined within the management contract.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of homeowner and condominium association
Meet standards as outlined within the management contract
Direct the day to day vendor activities, architectural reviews and assist with association operations
Execute tasks and provide solutions to problems, while supporting the association and the Board of Directors
Manage association business as directed and in compliance with rules, regulations, association covenants and by-laws
Develop and manage budgets
Analyze and distribute monthly financial statements
Solicit, negotiate and manage vendor contracts
Make appropriate recommendations to the board in a timely manner
Finalize and approve all written reports for distribution
Coordinate and attend all board meetings
Perform visual inspections of each assigned property

Job Qualifications:

3-5+ years experience managing a portfolio of HOAs/COAs within Community Association Management
Capable with the ability to deal with changing priorities and a diverse set of Board of Directors
Ability to work closely with Board Members, Residents, Vendors, Staff and Corporate with minimum supervision
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Professional with strong focus on customer service and delivery of service
Florida Licensed Community Association Manager is required

Salary: $60,000 Negotiable Depending on Experience. Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation, Holidays, 401K and more
