Santa Monica based apartment management company has a current opening for a Lease Administrator. This position works from the corporate office and requires previous property management experience and training.

Lease Administrator Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience as a Leasing Consultant or Lease Administrator with a minimum of 150 units.
Professional attitude and appearance
Excellent telephone etiquette.
Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Flexible energetic and organized.
Must have experience with property management software
High school diploma or equivalent
Real Estate License a plus
Bilingual abilities a plus

Leasing Administration General Job Duties:

Assist Leasing Agents in all phases of the Leasing process
Process applications for Supervisors approval including; verification of employment, rental history and credit history
Follow up with prospective residents to obtain required information to meet lease requirements.
Set up appointments to place a holding deposit and ID verifications.
Assist in lease signing process and provide apartment keys for move in.
Provide rental information to prospective residents.
Answer Phones, great those who enter the office
Assist current resident with maintenance and other requests.
Assist with special projects
Miscellaneous Operations Department support
