Taylor Management Company is seeking an on-site General Manager for the administration, management, and operation of a Luxury High-Rise Condominium in Hudson County, NJ. The candidate will provide a high level of support, work closely with the Board of Directors, establish and approve Association policies, procedures, rules and regulations; and in so doing, integrate and coordinate activities of all Association personnel, vendors, and contractors while reacting to the needs of the community, all through the direction of the Board of Directors.
Responsibilities:
- Assure that the policies, procedures, resolutions and goals of the Board are met.
- Understand the Association governing documents, rules and regulations and all legal requirements for the association.
- Be responsible for the financial management of the association
- Prepare specifications needed for all services required of the association.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance of the Association's rules and regulations.
- Manage vendor relationships.
- Attend all Board meetings.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude at all times.
- Strong sense of customer service
- Great organizational skills, attention to detail
- Must be able to read, write and communicate English fluently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- CMCA designation preferred or a commitment to obtain the CMCA, AMS, -- PCAM designation or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Property Management
- High-Rise building experience required
