Job description
We are a family-run real estate investment and property management company that specializes in identifying, acquiring and managing real estate assets in the San Francisco East Bay Area. We currently manage a portfolio of real estate assets and are growing rapidly. We are seeking a Property Manager in order to oversee properties within our Oakland office regional portfolio to ensure that the buildings are safe, secure and in the best possible condition. Additionally, the Property Manager is responsible for the financial performance of all of the properties within their oversight.

Job Responsibilities
1. Maintain good Client relations by prompt and complete response to Client requests and inquiries including correspondence on matters relating to all properties.
2. Maintain good tenant relations by prompt and complete response to tenant requests and inquiries including correspondence on matters relating to all properties.
3. Review tenant ledger reports for each property and ensure all are accurate.
4. Update Appfolio and ensure accuracy of building rent rolls and tenant contact information.
5. Process invoices for services at the properties you manage.
6. Review delinquencies and follow up.
7. Issue work orders and follow up to ensure timely and satisfactory completion of any and all repair items.
8. Manage the properties with your fiduciary responsibility to the property owners in mind.
9. Identify, implement, and manage expense reducing opportunities.
10. Identify renovation opportunities and report them to your Supervisor and Maintenance Manager for approval.
11. Schedule preventive maintenance items.
12. Complete key audits for each property to ensure access to all units.
13. Perform annual inspections on all managed properties.
14. Handle move-in/move-out functions.
15. Oversee turnover work including painting, repairs, final cleaning, yard service, and lock change. Must managethe time to completion in order to help minimize vacancy time.
16. Assist your Supervisor and the Maintenance Manager as needed.
17. Understand and ensure compliance with all governing regulations, codes, and laws as well as other state and local authorities.
18. Coordinate access for property showings.
19. Assist with sourcing new vendors for use in your management area or for the company overall.
20. Maintain records in a timely and organized manner.
21. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma / G.E.D. or above
- Real Estate License a plus
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, bi-lingual is a plus
- Ability to work independently and creatively
- Must be innovative and constantly seek for improvement both of the company and personally
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Work Schedule: Monday Saturday, with some flexibility
